Achievement Awards

Honour Roll Certificates

MVDHS presents honour roll certificates for students in Grades 9 to 11 who achieve Level 4 (an academic average of 80% or higher) in multiple courses. The certificates are mailed home with final report cards at the end of each school.  Certificates can be:

• Gold - student achieves level 4 standing in 6 or more courses
• Silver - student achieves level 4 standing in 5 courses
• Bronze - student achieves level 4 standing in 4 courses

Renfrew County Medallion 

The Renfrew County Medallion is presented to students each year, in any grade,  who have demonstrated academic excellence as follows

• Grade 9 - student achieves level 4 standing in 7 credits
• Grade 10 - student achieves level 4 standing in 7 credits
• Grade 11 - student achieves level 4 standing in 6 credits
• Grade 12 - student achieves level 4 standing in 6 credits
